Paige D. Naylor, PhD

Clinical Health Psychologist

About Me

I have completed generalist training with additional specialty training in health psychology. Our physical and mental health are directly related. I take a holistic, patient centered approach to patient care by bringing attention to and enhancing the mind-body relationship.

Much of my clinical work has been focused on helping patients and caregivers manage adjustment to chronic illness. Additionally, a portion of my practice is spent working with patients on managing depression, anxiety, stress, anger, grief, relational problems

Working to improve patients’ physical health by promoting mental well-being is a passion I have nurtured and followed for several years. I have had the privilege or treating patients with chronic illnesses, such as cancer, COPD, heart disease, IBS, diabetes, etc. My goal is always to help people live more in line with their values, while still recognizing the real challenges one with chronic illnesses has to face every single day. Symptom reduction is the first step in helping people see more clearly what those values may be.
